‘BLOODY SUNDAY IN UYO AS DRUNK MOBILE POLICE MEN GETS MANY INJURED…..
It’s indeed a bloody Sunday as men of the Nigerian Police Force who were
drinking and driving ran into a minibus belonging to STANFORD
MICROFINANCE BANK carrying passengers heading down oron road.
The accident occurred at Oron road by Edet Akpan Avenue(4lane).The drunk
policemen were driving out of ewet housing estate and since they are
above the law, they couldn’t wait for the traffic and their stupid… an
act of breaking the traffic laws got 10passengers in the minibus
injured.As at the time of this report, it took the intervention of the
speaker of the AKWA IBOM STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY Rt.Hon.Barr.Onofiok
Luke who was returning from church service at the FULL LIFE CHRISTIAN
CENTER to order for the immediate treatment of the injured passengers at
PREMIER MEDICAL CENTER, Edet Akpan Avenue, Uyo.
