'Declare Zamfara State Of Emergency' - Nigerians Tell Buhari On Twitter

Last month, President Buhari said that more people have been killed in Zamfara this year than in Benue and Plateau states. The cause of the conflict is not clear, but some people say that it is a conflict between cattle thieves and cattle herders. Now some Nigerians are calling on President Buhari to declare a state of emergency in Zamfara in order to stop the fighting.
