Real Valladolid owner Ronaldo Nazario has paid tribute to his players after they secured LaLiga safety.
Victory over Rayo Vallecano saw Valladolid safe for another year.
The Brazilian superstar won two Ballon d'Or prizes and one European Golden Shoe over the course of his career, as well as two World Cups.
After the game, the whole team, backroom team, staff and board members all went to the Amazonico restaurant in Madrid to celebrate staying in LaLiga Santander for at least another season.
And Ronaldo declared: "Thank you for giving me the best day of my life.
"After all of the suffering, you have given me lots of satisfaction and hope at the same time."
