Rashidy Abdalla, former NTV presenter has finally confirmed that he’s an employee of the Royal Media Services.
Abdalla, who is the husband of Lulu Hassan, will be co-hosting Nipashe Wikendi with his wife after Kanze Dena’s departure.
Dena addressed the nation yesterday for the first time after she was appointed the deputy head of the President’s Strategic Communication Unit (PSCU) as well as deputy State House spokesperson by President Uhuru Kenyatta.
Kanze also bid farewell to her supporters in style.
In another post, she revealed that Rashidy Abdalla had replaced her.
Wow! The two will be the first ever husband-wife pair on Kenyan TV.
The multi-talented anchor, who is known for his mastery of the Swahili language took to social media to shower Kanze with praises and he wrote:
Kanze Dena and Lulu Hassan have been the best friends for the 15 years they’ve worked in the media industry.
Lulu Hassan penned a heartwarming message to Kanze on her departure leaving many shading tears of joy.
