Manchester United have endured their worst start to a Premier League season ever.
The Red Devils drew to Wolves last weekend and followed that up with a defeat to West Ham on Saturday.
Mourinho’s men are also out of the EFL Cup and tensions among the squad are riding high.
Reports emerged on Saturday that United are looking to replace the boss - although the club denied those claims.
Nevertheless, the bookies have cut their prices on Mourinho being the first to leave yet again, following the 3-1 loss to West Ham.
Mourinho is now 11/10 with Unibet to lose his job.
The odds have shortened as Manchester United’s poor results are coupled with an upturn in form at other sides.
West Ham’s Manuel Pellegrini was the favourite to lose his job four games into the campaign but he is now seemingly safe at 20/1 to be the first man axed.

Neil Warnock’s is now 6/1 to be let go by Cardiff. Another manager under increasing pressure is Southampton’s Mark Hughes after they lost 2-0 at Wolves on Saturday.
However, it appears so likely that Jose Mourinho will get the chop first that Hughes - whose side sit 15th in the table - is only 5/1 to leave before the Portuguese.
Next up for United is a home tie with Valencia in the Champions League on Tuesday, before they host Newcastle the following Saturday.
They then play Chelsea and Juventus before the October international break.
