Donald Trump has come out to address the allegation that was out that
he had se.x with po.rn star Stormy Daniels. Donald Trump in his
defence, still insisted that he didn’t pay her $130,000.
Trump gave a resounding “no” when he was asked if he is aware of the payment that was made by his personal lawyer before the 2016 election began.
The actress whose actual name is Stephanie Clifford said it was money paid to cover up a tryst more than ten years ago.
Trump’s long-time lawyer Michael Cohen has agreed to make the payment but has not given any reasons why he made it.
He has accused Stormy Daniels of breaching a non-disclosure agreement.
Donald Trump said he did not know why Michael Cohen made the payment. “You’ll have to ask Michael Cohen. Michael is my attorney. You’ll have to ask Michael.”
Asked if Cohen knew where the money came from, Trump said this to reporters on Air Force One, “no, I don’t know.”
That claim was instantly questioned by Daniels’ lawyer Michael Avenatti.
In an interview that was aired a few days ago, Daniels told CBS’s “60 Minutes” programme that she and Donald Trump had se.xual relations only once, but Donald had kept in touch with her. She said she was not attracted to Donald Trump, who was only 60 at that time. Daniels was 27 years old in 2006.
Stormy Daniels told CBS that she began her “intimate relationship” with Donald Trump at Lake Tahoe in that year and continued it in the year 2007 as well. And he also confirmed that she consented to the se.x
