Real Madrid sack coach after Barcelona 3-0 defeat

Real Madrid has made an official announcement to sack their coach after the 3-0 humiliation against Barcelona in the Copa del Rey semi-finals against Barcelona at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Real Madrid has relieved Alvaro Benito, coach of Real’s Juvenil B side of his duties after his comments following the defeat against Barcelona, the coach made his feelings known about Casemiro and Toni Kroos.

Benito made it clear that “Vinicius is a blessed irruption, has surprised us all,” Benito, who also serves as a pundit for Movistar and Cadena SER, said after the defeat to Barcelona.

His comments have led to his sack with Real Madrid legend Raul Gonzalez, who was managing the Cadete B team, stepping into his role.

Benito has been impressive with his job with the Juvenil B side, leading the team to second in the table this season.

The report in Marca claimed that Real Madrid didn’t find his comment pleasant and they decided to show him the exit door.
