Angela Merkel was welcomed by President Muhammadu Buhari and members of his government at the State House in Abuja on Friday.
Finance Minister, Kemi Adeosun who was accused of not participating in the National Youth Service Corps(NYSC) but allegedly forged the certificate was one of those to welcome the German Chancellor.
Adeosun since the allegations of certificate forgery has not accepted nor refuted the claims but has left Nigerians in the dark with her silence.
Adeosun was photo-shopped into a NYSC uniform as she joined others, to welcome Merkel yesterday by an unknown graphics artist.
