Jide Sanwoolu, a former Special Adviser to Mr. Femi Pedro as Deputy Governor of Lagos State has been reportedly been endorsed by the national leader of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Sanwoolu was a Special Adviser to former Governor Bola Tinubu before becoming a full Commissioner for Establishment in 2007.
Tinubu’s endorsement of Sanwoolu was announced by some APC leaders led by national leader’s close ally, Cardinal James Omolaja Odunmbaku.
According to our source, Baba Eto brought Mr. Jide Sanwoolu to a meeting held last night with some prominent leaders and stakeholders in APC at an undisclosed venue.
Jide Sanwoolu was announced as the preferred aspirant of Tinubu meanwhile, Jide Sanwoolu, yesterday picked the nomination form to contest for the Lagos State Governor under the APC.
New Proof has reliably learned that Conference 57, which comprises all the 57 Council Chairmen in Lagos State has also endorsed Sanwoolu.
